POST CONSTRUCTION OR PRE-OCCUCANCY CLEANING

•  after a building project is completed, we can be there to clean both residential and commercial buildings, for immediate occupancy
• complete interior cleaning services include: vacuuming, wiping millwork, floors, cabinets and fixtures washed, bathroom fixtures (e.g., toilets, showers) cleaned, baseboard, mouldings and doors cleaned.
• All windows and mirrors can be cleaned. We also assess for any damage or deficiencies that may have resulted from the construction process.
• Outer surfaces of the building can be cleaned
• We can usually respond to requests for preoccupancy in a very short period of time.
