Service Type: Power Washing & Concrete Sealing Langley

Problem: very dirty concrete flat surfaces – driveway, sidewalks and patio concrete

Scope of Work:

  1. power washed broom finished concrete driveway and entrance area, sidewalk to backyard and back concrete patio and stairs to basement
  2. used flat surface cleaner to power wash the large driveway and did the rest by wand with a 40 degree fan tip spray nozzle
  3. applied two coats of Kryton Hydrostop concrete sealer to all concrete surfaces
  4. the Hydrostop concrete sealer we applied was 100% solvent based, transparent and non-slip in nature
    Timeline: Completed this project over two different days – one day to power washh the concrete and the second day to apply concrete sealer
