Problem: Our customer wanted to get an early start on Spring cleaning of there concrete hard surfaces, wooden decks and railings as well as their glass deck roof cover
Scope of Work:
We pre-sprayed a cleaning solution on most surfaces to assist in the removal of mildew, algae and excessive dirt accumulations over the past two years
A low pressure washing spray was used to thoroughly clean concrete, wooden trim and glass roof support beams as well as concrete and wooden stairs
The back sundeck glass roof cover wash thoroughly washed on top and bottom sides using a soft cleaning soapy applicator then rinsed off with water
All exterior gutter aluminum washed washed around the four sides of the house using soft brush wash method on extension poles
All exterior walls of the house were rinsed off as we power washed the hard surfaces adjacent to them
The basement concrete steps and entrance area to the house were cleaned and the floor drain was cleared for proper discharge of water
Patio table, bench and chairs were swashed
Timeline: We completed this project in one day with two cleaning technicians
Result: Everything looks clean and refreshed the after power washing was completed. This is a great way to begin the Spring season by having all hard surfaces power washed around the house!
