Service Type: Chandelier Cleaning and Window Washing

Type of Client:  Residential – New client

Problem: A very dusty entrance foyer chandelier that needed cleaning and dirty windows on the house.  Selling house so needed work done ASAP.

Scope of Work:

  1. Used a rolling scaffold system to hand clean the entrance crystal chandelier fixture
  2. Cleaned all the interior and exterior windows by Hand cleaning method (applicator & squeegee)
  3. Wiped the window frames and sills and washed the window screens
  4. Cleaned the high interior skylight over the entrance stairs using one of our special ladders with levelers (which we set up on stairs and uneven surfaces)

Timeline: Completed the chandelier cleaning and window cleaning projects within a few days after receiving the call to help our customer ready their house for Realtor showings.  This job was completed in two days.
